In a triangular shape plot and steep slope, it was tendered a multifunctional program which included underground parking, commercial emplacements and high standard housing in height, structuring thus the urban void and comfortable connections with the recent Metro station at that location.
The proposal we presented, defined on one side of the triangle a large mall on the output shaft of the Metro, and across a square with the midpoint of the ascending avenue in that other side.
This also triangular foundation, defined up residential volumes of double facades characterized by prefabricated ceramic elements that guaranteed the necessary sunscreen to east and west.
