International public contest, developed in partnership with the office of architecture Argola of Madrid.
Given its location, at the foot of a small high, with very wooded grounds, sliding along a valley trough, limited it self by a water line, flowing along the road line that connects seixal to sesimbra,this intended to affirm itself as a "green" project respecting at the most the local atmosphere and taking inside an environment dominated by nature, with the intensive use of all alternative energy that are available on the market nowadays.
