In an existant plot with a high density occupation, it was meant to draw one floor typologies, keeping a vernacular language and with predominantly gabled roofs, where covered arrival and private parking are located.
In the Interior, the purpose was to use a strong visual relation with the private outdoor patios in the back, keeping the traditional separation between living areas and the room areas.
The strong density of construction, and the safety requirements between the private interior and the public exterior, strongly conditioned the use and extent of the garden areas.
