Algeria Urban Project and low rise residential typologies, with nearby equipments.
On the western edge of the New Town of Boughezoul , was designed an urban area, with isolated 2 floors villas, townhouses with 2 and 3 floors and multifamily Buildings with 4 floors.
This urban area of low density, had in the proximities some equipment, such as primary and secondary schools, a polyclinic, a marketplace and an indoor pool, as well as landscaping gardens.
Particular attention was given to pedestrian paths inside the mesh, and the typological solutions were intended to respected the local culture.
