This is a project of a small square block, in the northern area of the Park of Nations, integrating residential typologies, with medium high standards and with commercial spaces at ground floor level.
Being very defined the morphology of the plan, the conceptual exercise for architectural design, focused mainly on the design of facades and even some expression in the angle facing the main street, in a constant concern to draw the frame of the public urban space.
